The “Golden Cross” will be a new purpose built 70-foot canal boat based in Birmingham, commencing operations from June 2006. It will cater for up to 6 passengers depending on family or group size; however, we do not anticipate operating with less than four passengers. We aim to provide full board accommodation for up to 5 days and will encourage passengers to participate as much or as little as they wish. The boat will operate between April and the end of September each year. It will cruise from Birmingham to such areas of interest as Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Black Country, travelling through the countryside and urban areas of the Midlands.
